The room was spacious. A complimentary bottle of water was provided. The tea and coffee facilities were helpful. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service.

The hallways NEEDED some cleaning. The stairways ALSO could benefit from maintenance.

The pub downstairs offers a great atmosphere. The food service hours were not clear initially, SO clarification is recommended upon arrival. The BEER garden is lovely and well-kept.

The king-size bed was comfortable, AND the bedlinen felt luxurious. The rooms have been decorated recently with new carpets. A balcony WAS a bonus, though its decking needs maintenance.

The gardens behind the hotel were very clean. They were very pretty too. My bedroom was spacious. I found complementary water provided plus crisps and tea and coffee.

The location is central. The staff are nice and helpful. The room was quiet after the pub closed, which I liked!!!

dirty stairway no breakfast

the hallways needed some serious attention. i mean, the stairway reminded me of i was trekking through an old attic. also, no breakfast included? really? for the price i paid, i expected at least a toast.

the hotel is located centrally, quite advantageous (for exploring the area). the room was spacious and included little touches, such as bottled water. staff members were helpful and friendly, ready to assist with any queries. i also found the town center location quite great.

The stairway to the room felt a bit worn. A cleaning or refresh would be beneficial.
